Can I install cellulose wadding myself?
Although it can take long and be rather tedious, you can definitely install cellulose wadding yourself manually but only as a replacement for blowing.
Installing cellulose wadding in a homogeneous way is essential to fill voids, avoid settling and ensure a perfect insulation with no thermal bridges.
Having said that, we would not recommend manual filling for walls since the only way to get a homogeneous filling is to use a blowing machine.
