Cellulose Wadding preserves the environment
Insulating one’s home with cellulose wadding leads to a virtually neutral environmental cost as is the case for the use of any organic non-fossil material.
It is indeed characterized by the extremely small amount of grey energy required for its fabrication. It is worth noting that this amount is way smaller than that of any other conventional insulation material: less than 6 kWh/m³ as against over 250 kWh/m³ for rock wool or glass wool and 850 kWh/m³ for polystyrene.
Cellulose Wadding preserves your health from the moment it is installed
Cellulose Wadding is neither itchy, nor scratchy. It does not contain any brittle microfibers which could provoke skin redness and respiratory tract inflammation. All you have to do is wear a mask during the implementation process in order not to inhale dust.
Cellulose Wadding made from recycled paper does not emit volatile organic compound (VOC), formaldehyde or heavy metals (as inks have been heavy metal free since 2001), even under the action of heat.
